Provides a wide range of polyurethane and polyurea polymer systems. These polymers are mainly used as high performance durable coating systems. Other applications include primary and secondary containment liners, molded parts, hard-coat surfacing, roof membranes and other spray and cast applications. Innovative new products include: Fire Resistant Polyurea – PRECIDIUM™ 550D-FR that is an excellent product for secondary containment applications to eliminate the need for backfilling with dirt for the fire protection requirements as well as for mining and marine applications. A unique floor system, the PRECIDIUM™ Rail and Subway Flooring System evolved from this product to take on a life of its own as a novel intumescent elastomer designed to meet the most rigid fire, smoke and toxicity performance requirements for mass transit applications. It provides a Class A flame-spread rating, extremely low heat release rate, low smoke evolution and low smoke toxicity. We offer an alternative non retardant floor system for buses, commercial and industrial flooring where fire regulations are not an issue. Quantum Coatings has a reputation for finding innovative solutions to a wide range of challenging situations. A new decking system will be introduced that will be handled through a distributor who will provide exciting business opportunities for entrepreneurial dealers using our PRECIDIUM™ Decking Systems. Our Zero VOC Industrial Coatings – PRECIDIUM™ LS-160 and PRECIDIUM™ LS-1150D provide outstanding exterior weathering performance coupled with high durability. PRECIDIUM™ LS-160 is extremely effective in reducing rock chips and provides longer service life especially on aluminum truck bodies. When used with PRIMER P-180D superior corrosion resistance is obtained on metal surfaces, especially in abrasive environments.
